Full Conference Registration -
Includes all sessions, breakouts, side meetings, workshops, breakfast Tuesday-Thursday, cocktail reception Tuesday and Wednesday, and refreshment breaks Monday-Thursday.
One-Day Only Conference Registration -
Includes all sessions, breakouts, side meetings, workshops, refreshment breaks and some meals, depending on which day you register to attend (breakfast Tuesday-Thursday, cocktail reception Tuesday and Wednesday, refreshment breaks Monday-Thursday).
Student Conference Registration -
Includes all sessions, breakouts, side meetings, workshops, breakfast Tuesday-Thursday, cocktail reception Tuesday and Wednesday, and refreshment breaks Monday-Thursday.
Optional Wednesday & Thursday Morning Field Trips -
We are offering field trips to nearby birding locations on the mornings of Wednesday, October 8 and Thursday, October 9 prior to the 8 a.m. start of the Conference. Details are still being determined. Field trip locations may include: First Landing State Park and/or Pleasure House Point. There is no cost associated with participating in the trips if you are registering for the Conference; however, participation in a trip requires that you register for that trip. Field trip participants will be provided with a box breakfast. You must be registered to attend the day of the conference that the field trip is held to participate.
Cancellation Policy -
Refunds less a $50 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations received by September 22, 2014. Cancellations received after September 22, 2014 will not receive a refund, however substitutions will be allowed.
