Overnight accommodations are available at the Wyndham to Partners in Flight meeting participants at the Prevailing Federal Per Diem rate, currently at $94/night, plus applicable state and local taxes. The group rate will be honored 3 days pre- and post-conference, based to availability*.

- The Wyndham provides complimentary parking onsite for registered guests. Local attendees are encouraged to carpool as parking for guests not registered at the hotel will be provided on a space-available basis, only.
Air Travel:
- Norfolk International Airport (ORF): Norfolk International Airport in Norfolk, VA is located about 20 minutes from Virginia Beach's oceanfront. You can rent transportation at the airport or a shuttle is also available to Virginia Beach. This Airport is serviced by most commercial airlines. - Newport News/ Williamsburg International Airport (PHF): The Newport News/ Williamsburg airport is located about a 45 to 60 minute drive from Virginia Beach's oceanfront. You can rent transportation in the airport and taxis are also available. This airport is primarily serviced by commercial flights on Delta, US Airways and AirTran. Taxi Service:
- Taxi service from the Norfolk International Airport to the Wyndham Hotel will run for about $38 each way. Taxis will be waiting outside of baggage claim to provide transportation.
Shuttle Service:
- James River Transportation will provide shuttle service between the Norfolk International airport and the Wyndham Hotel at a discounted rate of $44 each way. Counter location at the Norfolk International Airport: Follow signs to baggage claims. Come down the escalator and continue toward baggage claims by taking a left off the escalator.
